Returning items you have ordered from MylockStore.com is an easy, straightforward process. Email customer care within 27 working days with the details of your return. Be sure to include a phone number, and invoice or packing slip. Within 24 hours we will respond. Goods must be packed in factory packaging insomuch as practical; including small screw packs or parts bags.  All parts must be returned to receive full credit. You are responsible to ship the product prepaid to the customer service address on this page. In some cases we will provide a prepaid label for you. Products returned in scratched, partially installed, used, or have missing parts condition are subject to a return fee of up to, but not exceeding 50% of the original purchase price. Goods that are unusable due to misuse, damaging installation techniques or any similar reason will not be refunded. Special order items like factory orders, keyed alike services and extra keys beyond 2 are not normally refundable. 

Credit card companies have stopped refunding discount points. Therefore it leaves us no choice but to deduct those points for a return for any reason.  This amount is usually around 3% of the purchase price.

Returns are not accepted after 27 working days. 
We do not ship orders outside the United States and it's territories.
